Course Registration

Spring Semester starts in March 25th 2026.

Course registration takes place twice a year, once during the winter semester and once during the spring semester, on the basis of individual appointments.

Priority is given to current students, on the basis of accumulated credit points, for the scheduling of appointments.

For current students (who have already completed at least one semester), the appointment dates will be determined according to:

  • Total number of accumulated credit points
  • An additional bonus point (1) will be awarded for each course in which the teaching evaluation questionnaire was completed within the last three semesters.

For new students, course registration will take place during the registration period specified for them, without an appointment.

Please Notice:

  • There been changes to the courses numbers, a 0 is added to the beginning and the end third of the numbers. For example: Course number 123456 changed to 01230456
  • During each registration period, you can make changes from the moment in which you log into the system and up until the end of the registration period, with the exception of the “not yet registered for any courses” period: during this period, registration(adds)/withdrawals(drops) must be completed within the same day.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to check the exam dates in the requested courses. Do not register for a course whose exams take place on the same day. Should you register for courses where the exam dates overlap, this will be considered a waiver of the right to take the test on two dates (Moed A & B) in overlapping courses.

* During the course registration periods, you can add or drop courses from the moment in which you enter the system and up until the end of each period, except for the registration period for students who have not yet registered for courses at all. During this period, it is possible to make changes from the moment in which you enter the system and up until the end of that same day.

Any changes to the system that are made after the Undergraduate Studies Office’s official change period will cost the student 15 NIS per action, for up to three actions per day.

For any additional actions beyond the three actions performed within the same day, there will not be an additional charge.
