Course Registration Appointment Dates
Course registration takes place twice a year, once during the winter semester and once during the spring semester, on the basis of individual appointments.
Priority is given to current students, on the basis of accumulated credit points, for the scheduling of appointments.
For current students (who have already completed at least one semester), the appointment dates will be determined according to:
- Total number of accumulated credit points
- An additional bonus point (1) will be awarded for each course in which the teaching evaluation questionnaire was completed within the last three semesters.
For new students, course registration will take place during the registration period specified for them, without an appointment.
Students will be able to view their appointment date on the “students” website, in the personal information–registration date section, approximately two days before the registration period begins.

Please note: During each registration period, you can make changes from the moment in which you log into the system and up until the end of the registration period, with the exception of the “not yet registered for any courses” period: during this period, registration(adds)/withdrawals(drops) must be completed within the same day.
It is the student’s responsibility to check the exam dates in the requested courses. Do not register for a course whose exams take place on the same day. Should you register for courses where the exam dates overlap, this will be considered a waiver of the right to take the test on two dates (Moed A & B) in overlapping courses.
