You are about to graduate!
Please check that your program of study covers all the requirements for an undergraduate degree in your faculty. In case of doubt please contact the advisor/coordinator of undergraduate studies in your faculty.
Important!
The sole responsibility for the study program is yours and any mistake may cause a delay in granting your degree and extending your studies by another semester.
The steps to finish the degree, after receiving all the grades:
Log in to the portal to request audit. A manual can be found on the Undergraduate Studies website.
Please note that upon receipt of confirmation of your graduation, you are automatically registered as a member of the Technion Alumni Association. They will send you relevant information later. Membership is free of charge and entitles you to many benefits and a variety of activities.
If you don’t want to get notifications from the Technion Alumni Association, you can send a cancellation request to bogrim@technion.ac.il
After completing the final process, a certificate of eligibility and a transcript of grades will be sent by email, and automatic approval will be sent to the Registrar of Engineers for eligible tracks.
Please note: The date of eligibility for the degree is determined based on the date on which the last grade was received. The final date of eligibility is the first of the following month.
The graduation ceremony will take place on July 14, 2025.
The deadline for submitting a request to graduate, in order to be included in 2025 graduation ceremony, will be at the end of April, an exact date will be published on the Undergraduate Studies website.
The fee for a robe and hat of a Technion graduate of NIS 50 and the payment of NIS 75 for the Diploma will be collected during the last semester of your studies directly from your bank account.
It is possible to order a certificate of achievement ranking in the track only after receiving a certificate of eligibility of studies.
In order to prepare your certificate of completion, please update your personal details in the portal.
In case of a change of name (due to marriage or correction of a mistake), an appropriate certificate from the Ministry of the Interior or a photocopy of your ID card must be attached. You can request that the new name be printed instead of or in addition to the previous name. It is not possible to change the name after the Diploma has been printed, so the name must be carefully checked in Hebrew and English.
