If during your studies, you experience a situation or conduct that you believe is improper or unfair including issues related to personal treatment, evaluation, or conduct within a course or with a lecturer, you may act according to the steps detailed below, based on the nature of your concern.
In every inquiry, please make sure to include:
your full name, ID number, the subject of the complaint (course name and number, if relevant), a description of the issue or incident, a brief summary of any verbal discussions (if held), a short description of previous responses or actions taken at earlier stages (if relevant), and the solution you are seeking.
You may attach supporting documents.

Please contact the relevant authorities in the following order:
For administrative matters, it is recommended to contact the relevant office directly (for example: tuition-related issues Student Accounts Office; parking – Bitahon Unit, etc.).
For non-academic matters (such as scholarships, student dormitories, emotional support, cultural activities, etc.), please contact the Dean of Students at dean@technion.ac.il
For complaints regarding sexual harassment, please contact the Technion Commissioner for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at harassprev-c@technion.ac.il
